You have a full view of the services and always know the maintenance and rental status of your boat. Real-time information about the boat's services helps in maximizing the returns of the rental program. At the end of the contract period, a complete log of maintenance optimizes the boat's resale value.
There are three different investment programs, each of which gives you access to the luxurious Navigare vacation program. In the vacation program, you can exchange a week of sailing for a vacation in an Italian luxury villa or even skiing in Aspen.
In the investment program, you can make your own investment or invest a smaller capital, in which case ownership of the boat will be transferred from Navigare Yachting to you after the investment program ends.
in the Complete program you place the boat you buy through Navigare in its charter fleet. Navigare is fully responsible for boat maintenance and rental operations on your behalf.
The Ultimate program offers the most flexibility in choosing sailing weeks, while bringing you all the benefits of a Navigare owner to enjoy. You place the boat you buy through Navigare in its charter fleet. Navigare is responsible for renting the boat and helps you with maintenance according to the contract.
Navigare Smart option is suitable for you who are looking for a smaller total investment or who want to participate without private financing. In the investment program, part of the investment is covered by charter income. In the Navigare Smart program you invest 50–55% down payment for the purchase price of the boat. Or you can choose Navigare Smart Low program where only a down payment of 40% is invested, in addition, a balloon payment of 15-20% is paid at the end of the seven-year lease period. At the end of the contract period, the boat is completely yours, and you are free to sell the boat or sail to new adventures!
The Smart Holiday program enables investment with a smaller capital, and still opens access to Navigare's owner benefits. You get the benefits of the investment program in proportion to the investment, whether your investment is half or only a third of the boat.
