3. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSOR
YachtsAgent has entered into agreements with subcontractors and partners on the processing of personal data in accordance with the GDPR legislation. Personal data processors have the right to process customer data related to the business area according to the agreement.

YachtsAgent acts as a data controller when YachtsAgent collects your personal data about you as a representative of a customer or lead, as a user of YachtsAgent service applications, or as a job seeker.

Register data is collected from websites www.yachtsagent.com, www.highfieldboats.fi, www.lagooncharter.fi and www.lagoon.fi.

We only collect and process personal data that is necessary to conduct our business.

The information contained in the register is used to manage our customer relations, targeted information for YachtsAgent or its partners, direct advertising, distance sales or other direct marketing, opinion or market research or other comparable activities. In addition to this, we may process your personal data in connection with the development of our services and information security.

The legal basis for the processing of the personal data described above is YachtsAgent's business interests, which do not conflict with your privacy rights.

6. STORAGE
Your personal data will only be stored as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes defined in the register and to comply with the applicable statutory requirements.
Personal data is stored for the duration of the customer relationship. Personal data can be stored to the extent permitted or required by the applicable law even after the termination of the customer relationship. We delete the personal data we collect after it is no longer needed.

7. INFORMATION CONTENT OF THE REGISTER
The register typically contains the following information:

• Email address
• Telephone number
• Organization and position
• Interest in the company's services or products
• Information regarding the customer relationship (for example, invoicing and payment information, product and order information, customer feedback and contacts)

The register may also contain other information comparable to the above-mentioned information. The register stores, for example, information about customer contracts, as well as information reported by the customer during customer service and project work, historical information about past events (contact information, offer, conference and meeting information).
As the registrar, YachtsAgent does not process your sensitive personal data.

8. REGULAR INFORMATION SOURCES
Information stored in the register is collected from the person himself, for example, on the website of the controller (contact forms, downloads of materials, subscription forms for the newsletter, registrations for events), by e-mail, by telephone, through social media services, from business cards, at customer meetings and in other situations where the customer discloses his information. The register also gathers information from generally available sources as well as possible other public sources and from external service providers.

9. TRANSFER OF DATA AND TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EU OR THE EEA
Information is not regularly disclosed to outsiders. The controller can partly outsource the processing of personal data to a third party, in which case we guarantee through contractual arrangements that your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Act and otherwise properly. Data can be transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area as permitted by the Personal Data Act.
