We support you throughout the journey, from the plan to the moment you raise the sails on your first trip. The same expertise and care is also involved in the purchase of a used Lagoon, ensuring that the background and condition of the boat are clearly known. The delivery time of a new Lagoon is longer and the price is higher than a used boat, but the long warranty period of a new boat and the opportunity to get a Lagoon that looks exactly like you make it a more attractive option for many.

We support the customer throughout the journey, from choosing the right model to financing solutions, registration and handover. In the case of used Lagoons, we often know the history and maintenance of the boats in detail, which makes the purchasing process safe and clear. For new boats, we offer the opportunity for the Charter Management program, which allows you to produce your own boat when you are not on board. If you purchase a boat that is already in the Charter Management program from us, the boat can often continue in the program, even if the owner changes. However, our customer service does not end with the delivery of the boat. If necessary, we will help you sail the boat to your home port and offer support in all matters related to maintenance and repairs, both during and after the warranty period.
