As Finland's official Lagoon catamaran importer, YachtsAgent participated in the annual Lagoon Dealers meeting, which was organized in Amsterdam in June. At the meeting we heard e.g. Lagoon's novelties, and European Lagoon importers were awarded for their performance in 2022. We can proudly say that YachtsAgent was awarded the European Best Customer Experience award. We received recognition for excellent service quality and participation in deliveries and customer experiences.
The Best Customer Experience award is a wonderful achievement, thanks to YachtsAgent's customers and our staff. The customer is always at the center of everything we do, and we always want to offer high-quality service and expertise in everything we do. We want the customer to always be able to trust the choice he made. It is a great honor to be recognized for the work done in the form of this European Best Customer Experience award.
YachtsAgent was founded in 2002. YachtsAgent celebrated its 20th anniversary last year, when the company's CEO, Timo Salmi, was also awarded the Golden Entrepreneur's Cross in honor of 20 years as an entrepreneur.
YachtsAgent was founded in cooperation with several Finnish catamaran sailors. Active activity to make catamarans known with the help of one's own experience has been one of the basic ideas since the beginning of the activity. The company's shareholders and the company have owned several Lagoon catamarans: 400, 410, 420, 42, 440, 450S, 470 and 50 models.
YachtsAgent has imported Lagoon catamarans since 2002, and our company was the first Nordic importer of Lagoons. Experience with Lagoon catamarans goes back many years.
In 2022, YachtsAgent sold three Lagoons. This year, the order backlog of Lagoon catamarans has grown even more and is now in delivery Lagoon SIXTY 5, Lagoon 55, Lagoon 51 and Lagoon 42 models.
YachtsAgent is involved in the event organized in Lauttasaari, Helsinki At the floating boat show 17-20 August 2023. At YachtsAgent's stand, you can get to know the wonderful ones Lagoon 42 and Lagoon 50 for catamarans, aluminum hulls Highfield for RIB boats, as well as our magnificent charter services in Finland and in Croatia.
