Lagoon 42 Alma Sofia is one of the best equipped boats on the market. The delivery date of the sailboat in question was February 22, 2018 in Les Sables d´Olonne, France. Alma Sofia is a top-equipped individual that has been chartered in Croatia since the 2018 season. The boat has just been serviced, which included e.g. winter maintenance of all equipment and primer painting. The condition of the boat is good. Alma Sodia is perfectly equipped for living on a boat. The terrace is heated, so you can sail this boat warmly from April to the end of October and in the Mediterranean all year round.
The boat's living equipment includes e.g. water heater, air conditioning, Wallas heating system, terrace protected by rags, washing machine, large 42″ TV and Fusion audio system.
There are two refrigerators on the boat, one of which is a large 144 l refrigerator for drinks on the terrace. The boat also has a freezer, a microwave oven, three cabins, each with its own bathroom. They offer wonderful facilities for their owner and guests. The interior is light wood and high-quality leather. Alma Sofia can be handed over to the new owner immediately. Here is a great opportunity to get a boat already for next summer! The delivery date for the new boat is currently autumn 2023. The handover will take place in Croatia according to the customer's wishes. The boat's home port is Pula. The boat has a valid charter agreement with our partner Nautica Centar Nava until the end of the 2022 season. After the sale, the new owner gets all the charter income for himself and can continue the charter contract even after this if he wants. The boat is owned by a "boat company", through which you can also buy the boat for yourself tax-free.
